ClaridexBilling and Plans
Claridex offers a free plan and three paid tiers, all billed through Shopify.

Free trial
All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You can try the full feature set of any plan before you are charged. The trial starts when you first select a paid plan.
Each Shopify store gets one free trial. If you downgrade to Free and later upgrade again, the trial will not be offered a second time.
What the Free plan includes
The Free plan gives you a complete audit of up to 150 products, your Claridex Score with sub-scores, and the AI Discovery Breakdown. You can see exactly what needs improving -- you just need a paid plan to generate and apply AI-powered suggestions.
Changing your plan
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the Settings page in Claridex. Plan changes take effect immediately:
- Upgrading unlocks more products and features right away.
- Downgrading keeps your existing optimizations in place, but new scans and generations will be limited to your new plan's product count.
Daily generation limits
Each plan includes a daily limit on AI-generated suggestions to keep costs sustainable. Your remaining quota for the day is shown in the app. The limit resets at midnight UTC.
Billing through Shopify
All billing is handled securely through Shopify's built-in subscription system. Charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice. Claridex does not collect payment information directly.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin. When you uninstall:
- All processing stops immediately
- Your merchant data is deleted from our systems
- Optimizations you already applied to your products remain in your Shopify store (they are regular product data now)
- If you reinstall later, Claridex starts fresh with a new scan
