Claridex is a Shopify app that audits, scores, and optimizes your product catalog so it performs well in both traditional search (Google) and AI shopping assistants (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot). It shows you what to improve and helps you do it, with your approval on every change.

The Claridex Score is a single measure, from 0 to 100, of how ready your catalog is to be found in search and recommended by AI. It combines an SEO sub-score and an AI Discovery sub-score. A higher score means your products are clearer and easier for both search engines and AI assistants to understand and surface.

AI Discovery is how easily AI shopping assistants can read, understand, and recommend your products. These systems rely on clear titles, complete descriptions, specific attributes (materials, dimensions, care), and machine-readable structure. Claridex measures these signals and helps you improve them.

No. Claridex never writes to your store without your explicit approval. You review every suggestion before it is applied, and you can revert any change at any time.

Yes. Every optimization is saved as a snapshot before it is applied. You can revert any single field or an entire batch from within the app.

Yes. Claridex uses Anthropic's Claude models to generate suggested content from your own product data. You always review suggestions before they go live. We validate output for length, accuracy, and quality before showing it to you.

No. Claridex does not access customer names, emails, addresses, or payment data. For AI Revenue Attribution, we use only aggregated, privacy-safe order signals (such as the referring channel), never customer personal information.

Claridex looks at privacy-safe order signals (referrer, UTM, channel information) to estimate which orders were influenced by an AI shopping assistant. It is shown as a floor ("at least"), not an exact total, because not every AI-influenced visit leaves a trace.

On the Authority plan, Claridex periodically checks whether your store is mentioned when AI assistants answer shopping questions related to your products, and tracks that over time so you can see progress.

Shopify serves basic AI discovery files for every store. Claridex adds a richer, product-level index of your catalog on your storefront, with pricing, availability, and attributes in a format AI crawlers can read. AI crawler support for these index files is still emerging across providers, which is why Claridex focuses first on the product content and structured data AI assistants already read today.

Claridex has a Free plan (audit up to 150 products) and three paid plans: Clarity ($14.99/mo, up to 600 products), Discovery ($34.99/mo, up to 3,000 products), and Authority ($69.99/mo, up to 5,000 products). All paid plans include a 7-day free trial.

When you uninstall, Claridex stops all processing and deletes your merchant data from our systems, in line with our Privacy Policy.

Right now Claridex generates content in English only, to keep quality high. If your store's primary language is not English, Claridex will let you know. Multi-language support is on our roadmap.
